Natural Remedies: Immune System Booster Tea

Immune system issues? You’re not the only one . . . but if you’re like me you’re looking for natural remedies. Here is a 100% natural herbal tea recipe to help boost immunity – and it’s fine for pregnant women too!

Immunity Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

Anti-viral spices: cloves, cinnamon, cardamom

Anti-bacterial honey: raw, unfiltered honey

Antioxidants: lemon juice

Immunity Booster: ginger

Tea Leaves: fresh thyme for nasal congestion, cammomile for  or any tea/herb you’d like.

Instructions:

Boil all of the ingredients together in a stovetop pot (no microwave!), except for the honey. After 10 minutes, pour the mixture into a mug, add the honey and enjoy.
